The mighty beast that is YMCMB
YMCMB continues its conquest of picking up artists that were once hot to fill up its roster. Limp Bizkit is its most recent acquisition. Ashanti, though?

MFCEO of K-Swiss Speaks
Here's the second announcement from the MFCEO (Mother F*uckin CEO) of K-Swiss that's going to get you buying K-Swiss until you're killing and robbing for more pairs. Oh yeah, Eastbound & Down is still hilarious.

Snoop Dogg reminds me of Afroman sometimes
There are
Mandatory post because I'm Korean
Swizz Beatz just signed a deal with Korean entertainment company, O & Media, to help exchange pop/Hip Hop music from the states and K Pop from South Korea. It seems that he's been inspired by past geniuses. And apparently there is only one genius that comes to mind these days, even for producers-Yeezy World Peace.
Why Obama will win again this year
Ok, maybe not because he can sing and has more soul than all of the Republican candidates combined, but he's got some balls. And he does rep his city better than any other candidate. This took place last night (Tuesday) during In Performance at the White House: Red, White, and Blues, in the first family's continual celebration of Black History Month. Who performed? Mick Jagger, B.B. King, Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews, Jeff Beck, Gary Clark Jr.,Shemekia Copeland, Buddy Guy, Warren Haynes, Keb Mo, Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks. Just half that list makes me wanna:

Let's go
Thank god for King of the Dot. Skip to 5:35 for the actual intros and the battle. Things get personal but it just brings out the best in both MC's. Real Deal wins the second and third round, in my opinion, giving him the W. Thoughts?
Best tit for tat:
Okwerdz: He probably does tech support on Confederate War blogs/And labels people by color like it's Reservoir Dogs
Real Deal: You said that I'm a racist/That's the sh*t you think?/And me and Hollohan know that if it was Reservoir Dogs/This p*ssy be Mr. Pink
REVOLT network announcement
As if the phrase, "The revolution will be televised," hasn't been worn out by now, Diddy beats it with a crowbar, Office Space style. Apparently, this Revolt network is gonna be some groundbreaking material for new artists and creative thinkers. I'm pretty anxious to see which crazy direction he's gonna take it.
Also, anyone else feel extremely uncomfortable that Diddy was so damn close to the camera the whole time?
If OFWGKTA is good for anything
...it's their dope as hell beats and left field lyrics that still are clever. Here's their first single off their upcoming OF Tape Vol. 2 (March 20). Shout out to Kanye's Dark Fantasy.
Completely unrelated note: I will not be posting anything remotely related to Chris Brown and Rihanna's failure of a relationship. Go read TMZ or some ish.

This is weird and sad at the same time
Dirty Money - Nicki Minaj from JAMES DELGATTO on Vimeo.
Could you have guessed who this is if I showed you just the video? Yeah, it's actually not that easy until she starts rapping. It's Nicki Minaj, the "4th hottest MC" in the game, sans any alternate egos and whack get ups. Why do some MC's ditch the talent for the persona and looks? The world may never know. Hit the jump for some truth though. Preach, Peter Rosenberg!
Mandatory Post on the Hottest MC
And the MTV "brain trust" selects Ricky Rozay as the Hottest MC in the game, as small children and grown men around the world cry their hearts out. Ya favorite pretty boy, Aubrey, takes the number 2 spot.
1. Rick Ross
2. Drake
3. Kanye West
4. Nicki Minaj
5. Lil Wayne
6. Jay-Z
7. Meek Mill
8. Big Sean
9. Wiz Khalifa
10. Wale
Apparently, although I haven't seen any evidence of this according to the list, their most important criteria is lyricism. I guess lyricism means sales and branding now, more than ever.
