The Big Day Out festival continues to catch my eye for distractions at work. Chris Cornell, of Soundgarden and Audioslave, gave his opinion of what Kanye West's music sounded like. Here's what he had to say:

"Sounds like there’s children playing music there. Retarded children, retarded as in held back. There’s no other word for it."

Ok, so Kanye showed up late to his set. Ok, so you're not into Hip-Hop. Ok, so you don't like any good music other than a few songs you made, which are debatable to be on par across genres with Kanye's music. But leave the mentally handicapped children out of it.
